The Mathematics of Reality with STEAM – K210 Erasmus+ Project
Although mathematics is often seen as a difficult and daunting subject, it is actually life itself. Mathematics is present in every field, from daily life to technology, art, and engineering. Our K210 Erasmus+ project, “The Mathematics of Reality with STEAM,” aims to make this real aspect of mathematics visible.
This project is an international collaboration between Turkey, Romania, and Italy. Using the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) approach, mathematics is taken beyond abstract concepts and linked to real life; students’ problem-solving, analytical thinking, and productivity skills are supported.
This website is a digital platform where activities, student work, and examples of best practices carried out within the project are shared. Our aim is to show that mathematics is not just a subject, but a fundamental tool for understanding and creating life.
